Renuvia Credit Terms

Renuvia Credit has no cash value. It is not money, a deposit, stored funds or a gift card. It can't be redeemed for cash, withdrawn, sold or transferred to another person or account.

Credit may come from a referral, a promotional offer, a purchase reward, a welcome offer when one is running, or from our team. Each credit shows where it came from and any conditions in your wallet.

• Credit is applied at checkout when you're signed in with the email address it belongs to.
• Some credits have a minimum order amount or an expiry date. Both are shown in your wallet and in the email that announced the credit. If no date is shown, that credit doesn't expire.
• Unless a promotion says otherwise, credit can't be combined with a discount code, doesn't apply to shipping, and may be limited to a portion of an order's merchandise total. The checkout shows exactly how much applies before you place your order.
• Certain products or orders may be excluded from a promotion.
• Credit applied to an order that is cancelled, or that expires before payment, is returned to your wallet with its original expiry.

A friend's referral credit applies to their first Renuvia order only. The referral reward is added to the referrer's wallet after that first order is paid. Referring yourself, or using multiple addresses or accounts to earn credit, isn't allowed, and credit earned that way can be removed.

Refunds go to the original payment for the amount actually paid, never the credit portion. Credit earned from an order (a purchase reward or a referral reward) may be reversed if that order is refunded or cancelled.

We may change or end promotions at any time. Credit already in your wallet keeps the terms that applied when it was issued, including its expiry date.
