Eligibility

Due to the nature of research compounds, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and reported within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@renuviaus.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will work to resolve the situation promptly.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
